recommended shoujo manga for guys

This is a shoujo manga. But:

• the author is a man
• the protagonist is a man
• The story is about a guy who has been shunned by girls and women all his life becaus he has a scary face, but then meets a beautiful woman who instantly falls in love with him . This is more of a male wish-fullfillment than a female one.

I'm not sure if I'm the only guy with this problem, but I tend to easily dislike male characters, especially in female oriented media (I think shoujo manga more so than josei). But I often like the female chareacters and art in shoujo or josei manga. This manga is a good recommendation for gusy that want to read a shoujo manga but typically find the male characters in shoujo manga to be hard to relate to or even hard to like.

The manga is very sweet. And despite what I wrote above, I don't think there is any reason women should't enjoy this manga either. It still is a proper shoujo manga.

language It's a pretty straight forward romance between two young adults in modern Japan with full furigana.
