Useful if You Want to Learn How to Learn
This book is all about how you can input information efficienctly and effectively in different ways, so you can improve how you learn.
There is a LOT of advice in here, covering everything from what kinds of books you should read to better yourself and how to read them, to how to meet people and learn from them.
I thought some of the advice was good, some not so good, but a lot of it is stuff that you're not taught in school (especially Japanese schools), so I appreciate the author putting it all together.
I liked that the author gave a lot of advice for busy people, or people who can't afford further education, or mentioned how it's important to have fun and relax too.
I worry some people might take away a toxic productivity mindset after reading this, but fingers crossed most people are smart enough to pick and choose what works for them and not take everything in this book as gospel.
