Manga-inspired but little else.
The live action Bleach movie is a unique twist on Bleach given its run-time and need to condense material down. Unfortunately, some significant canon changes are done in favor of cramming details in the story. Don't think too much about it, but the actions of certain characters are faithful, and others are not.
The choice of music and certain fictional advertisements (notably in English) added a certain comedic flair. For English speakers I think some of the choices here will throw you a little off the immersion with the film. Examples? The fight in the beginning of the movie is tied to this rock song with clear English lyrics called "Milk" and yes, it insists all you got to do is 'Drink all your milk!' A particular repeat location also for some reason has a 'Big Bacon Cheeseburger' advertisement repeatedly in center frame and is a distraction. Even towards the end, clever signage with 'BEST' in line with a certain character makes a little 'commentary' of sorts. Perhaps someone thought this was funny - but it was very distracting.
For language learning, the first half is where you will get a bunch of rather fast-talking dialogue with good material, but as the action ramps up you will get less and less. I was not particularly a fan of the dialogue, and I found myself distracted by differences in the canon. You might learn some words, but pretty much every line in the film is not something you'd want to use in a real conversation.
