This drama goes into everything about pregnancy, not shying away from anything. There are also other interesting topics that are often avoided in mainstream media, such as illiteracy.
Language wise, the female lead and her family use vocab mostly related to daily life and standard grammar. Characters around the male lead family's tends to use more complex vocab and particularly a lot of respectful grammar towards characters like the grandmother, which makes them a little harder to understand. You'll also get to learn a lot of pregnancy related vocab by watching this.
Overall, this is a really nice drama where you can learn a lot about Korean culture, and what things are seen as acceptable (or not) by the general population. I would definitely recommend this. My only negative so far would be the occasionnal cringy moments, but it is a drama after all so that's to be expected.
(I've only seen up to episode 11 at the time of writing this)
