The prologue episode is a pretty solid adaptation of the VN's (overly long) prologue. Sunny Day is an adaptation of the UBW route's Good End. If you've only watched the anime, it will probably seem pretty jarring. If you've played the VN, then you'll probably enjoy it (assuming you liked that ending).
A lot of the prologue ep is normal school discussion, and lot of the fantasy/magic vocab is repeated throughout the episode, so overall I think it's decent for language learning. There's definitely some interesting expressions and phrasings built in, and most of the time there aren't many dropped sentence portions.
