Due to workplace harassment, Momose (桃瀬) has started a job at a new advertising firm. Still traumatized from his former boss he's anxious to work under his new boss Shirosaki (白崎), who however turns out to be an adorable clutz and cat lover . (Not really a spoiler since it's literally in the title)
It's a heartwearming and wholesome story without any drama, very healing. The episodes are short and rather slice of life.
There isn't any furigana, so it's a bit difficult to look up unknown words, however the language style is pretty much everyday Japanese in a workplace setting. Sometimes there will be funny wordplays when Shirosaki misunderstands something.
I can also highly recommend checking out the anime which goes a bit further than the manga (the story from the manga is handled up until episode 10 or so I think).
