Very basic grammar and no specialized terminology after they establish the setting in the first few pages. Otherwise, the words used for tattooing are pretty easy to guess.
I’m obsessed with the premise and had a greast time but I don’t actually think it’s that well written. I wish we’d gotten more backstory on how Michiru ended up in such an insane situation. There are also some huge things that happen to him that we just quickly breeze by. The author was more focused on the romance while I was hoping to understand the minds of the characters involved.
I also don’t think the artist knows much about tattoos which is problem considering the plot. The designs and methods are both strange.
