one of the best graded readers out there

I devoured this book. Graded readers are usually quite boring, but book 3 of this series had an interesting range of topics, like activities to do at the Han river or seasonal festivals to go to in Korea. I am not an avid textbook user and I tend to get bored of them really quickly, but I finished this one in two months.

After each chapter, there are helpful comprehension, vocabulary, and writing exercises. Not too many, but enough to challenge yourself. I found that first doing this exercises and then checking it with the answer key helped a lot with understanding how I should build my sentences. For the writing exercises there is no answer key, but you can try to get it checked on Reddit or a language exchange app.

Especially people studying for TOPIK can benefit a lot from this book. There were a lot of words that I learned from this book that appeared in my TOPIK exam.
