The only things missing are the POW! and BAM! title cards!
I love the old Adam West and Burt Ward Batman tv show and all it's campy silliness so I'm primed to love this ... and I do!
A mad scientist is trying to create a fish-man using the spinal fluid of lucha libre wrestlers. Thankfully, la Mujer Murcielago parachutes in, in her bat-kini, to save the day! She switches to a more conventionally copyright infringing grey sweat suit for her wrestling matches, but sticks to the bat-kini (and cape!) for her scuba diving.
It's flat out ridiculous and so much more fun than the comparatively self-serious el Santo movies that I've watched.
The language is as simple as you expect. The one hiccup is that the lead is italian and if you get thrown by overdubs not lining up with lips that could be a small issue. It has been remastered recently, but my copy may have been older as the sound quality wasn't great.
