A great beginner's dictionary

This dictionary has full furigana and no romaji, which already puts it leagues ahead of most paper Japanese-English dictionaries. It is small enough to be easily carried, but still has a lot of headwords and example sentences and is more than adequate for a beginner learner — upper intermediate and advanced students, however, can skip this and move on to Kenkyusha's New College Japanese-English Dictionary which has many more headwords, or start using a monolingual Japanese-Japanese dictionary.
