I found this volume even more enjoyable than the first!
As seen at the very end of the previous volume, the family has grown a little, and is sweeter than ever. There are hardships and misunderstandings, but also lots of love - it's nice to see there are more kind people surrounding the family, since both Naoto and Shizuku have had to endure a lot in the past.
Language-wise, there's a bit of business vocabulary that crops up due to Hazuki now working at his mother's hotel, but other than that, it's fairly similar to the first volume.
Looking forward to volume 3!
