I think this book had some good tips at the start but the second half felt less like useful tips and more like opinion pieces that boiled down to "go off and study these people/books to get better". It's like the author forgot who this book was meant to be for (people who don't have confidence and struggle to have casual conversations) and just padded the ending with fluff.

The 超雑談力 was better in terms of useful tips you could apply to everyday life.
