All the episodes this season are ~50 minutes (which is why there's only 5). There's some really incredible moments and twists, and things don't drag too much. It's especially nice seeing Sachiko and Yumi develop a healthier relationship, and seeing all the other sisters deepening their bonds in various ways. It's especially enjoyable seeing the bond between Yumi, Yoshino, and Shimako, and how they grow into their new roles. The show even managed to have a 文化祭 and 体育祭, and keep them both fairly interesting (I'm saying this as someone who's generally bored to death with those).
Overall I continue to be really impressed with all the relationship dynamics and scenarios the show manages to portray, and the sensitivity, and attention to detail, with which it does so. Also some surprise LGBT representation: there's a trans girl who comes out, and is accepted by both student councils!! Really not something I was expecting
