Difficulty The sentences are short and simple. The most complex parts are when they discuss the angel's life. Those moments are rare though.
Enjoyment I didn’t love it. Benjamin is just a homeless guy that happens to be an angel. It's really not relevant to the plot. Any potentially interesting events are glossed over.
I do have the other two volumes though and will report back if things improve.
Regardless, the art style is refreshingly simple and I do genuinely like both characters.
