Yes, you translated the title correctly…

From El Barco De Vapor, orange series - aimed at Spanish children aged 9+. One of a series of 136 books. Translated from an English original short story.

A school boy named Santi shares his worries with a cow named Flosi. Meanwhile his charming but rather incompetent teacher is trying to come up with an idea for the school fair. Santi has a brilliant idea, but what will everyone else think?

It’s a reasonable story for a children’s book, and has the advantage of being grounded in day to day life so lots of common vocabulary. Reasonably straightforward grammar. The pictures are a bit odd and don’t really help you follow the story like they often would in a kids book.
