花とアリス殺人事件

This movie was not what I expected going into it. It turned out to be more of a slice-of-life, coming-of-age story.

On the surface that story is pretty simple. What made it interesting to me was that it felt like a pretty real depiction of the coming-of-age experience.

In terms of language learning:
In the first half, when the other students dump some info on Alice, there are a few parts with less common vocabulary and some faster pace dialogue. Especially in the second half it's mostly slower, simpler dialogue that it is relatively easy to follow.
