Series Blurb
Children from influential families in politics and businesses attend the Hyakkaou Private Academy. There, the hierarchy of the students are classified by a series of games. Students that win the games are on the ruling side and the students who lose become slaves. One day, a mysterious girl, Yumeko Jabami (Minami Hamabe), is transferred to Hyakkaou Private Academy. She looks pure and pretty, but she is actually a compulsive gambler and seeks out the thrill of taking calculated risks.

Enjoyed this a lot more over the anime
I really enjoyed the live-action version! The performances from both Suzui(Mahiro Takasugi) and Mary's(Aoi Morikawa) actors was the best part, and Yumeko's (Minami Hamabe) was really good too.
There is quite a lot, and I mean a lot of vocabulary surrounding money/finances/explaining gambling rules/keigo, especially from Yumeko and some of the Student Council members. I had to do a good amount of lookups.
Despite that, I really recommend watching the live-action. The comedic timing made me la
