The fluttering Sakura. Spring – a season of blessing for new encounters. Chizuru Yukimura knocks on the gates of a private academy, which has always been a boys' school. However, as of this year, Hakuō Academy opens its gates to co-education and Chizuru is the only female student enrolled. Thus begins her first year.

Utterly ridiculous. It's worth watching for the silly hair styles alone. Kind of feels like an intentional B film.
As far as language difficulty goes, there's some unusual speaking styles, but the bulk of the dialogue stays in the school/romance arena and conversations don't get very complex.
