(3/5)perfect first anime?
first off I wouldnt watch this if not for studying japanese. its not as bad as the other reviews make it out to be but still pretty boring, but at least less unbearable than shirokuma or yotsuba for me. language learning wise its 100 points. super easy, all clear, unlike other easy anime this is 100% easy and not "really easy if you ignore 25% of the episode". All the language is useful too, no weird talk or high level jokes, just plain old speech all the way.
but also if you hate it dont force
Evaluation: ResidentSleeper.
This could be the first anime to watch without subtitles for a beginning immersion learner because of how easy it is.

I think this anime starts great both as a language learning experience, and as an engaging and unique drama. The plot demands that certain lines are repeated early on in each episode so there's a lot of natural repetition.
