Series Blurb

Yuki is a typical college student, whose world revolves around her friends, social media, and the latest sales. The main character of Yubisaki to Renren does a lot of narration, so if you're worried that the premise of a deaf character would make this show poor for language-learning, don't be. The language is mostly pretty simple, but there are a few monologues with slightly longer sentences or flowery words to spice things up.

Yubisaki to Renren also has quite a bit of on-screen text that isn't transcribed in separate subtitles. If you have a habit of hovering over words with Yomichan/Rikaikun even when

Sign Language and Gentle Speech

First of all, I love the relationship between the characters. Second of all, the fact that deafness and sign language and language learning is central to this story leads to lots of moments with simple, easy to understand speech.
