A hilarious parody of Fate/Stay Night & Tsukihime characters, based on the manga TAKE MOON. The episodes are about 10-13 min each. You can watch this at earliest, after Fate/Stay Night - Unlimited Bladeworks (ufotable), and it works perfectly fine. That said, it involves characters from Fate/Hollow Ataraxia, Tsukihime, Kagetsu Tohya, and Melty Blood (and various very obscure manga). So to get the fullest experience, you should do UBW, Heaven's Feel, Hollow Ataraxia, Tsukihime, and Melty Blood... but even if you've only seen UBW, it's still hilarious!
Language-wise it varies between easy and nearly incoherent (at least for me), due to super fast-paced or exaggerated character voices. Even when you can't make out everything that's being said, you can get the gyst well enough. I wasn't able to find JP subs for it (maybe I'll be lucky and the blu-ray will have them??), so if you're worried about comprehension, you may want to watch EN-subbed versions first
