[Thus Spoke Kishibe Rohan Review] Worth checking out if you like Rohan or some mild episodic horror
This is a review for only Thus Spoke, as Natively doesn't separate it as its own series. As a side note, Netflix and Natively have the episodes in a different order, but each episode is a standalone so it doesn't really matter.
Language Learning: Pretty much the same as Part 4, maybe a bit more difficult with words that related to his mangaka career.
Entertainment: Yeah, it was fun, but also Rohan was my favourite character out of Part 4. Each episode only focuses on his and his mini-adventures, and each of them get semi-resolved by the end of the episode and aren't really important for anything. If you care about the lore or something then this isn't groundbreaking, but if you want a semi-mystery series about Rohan then it's perfect.
It felt like a nice balance between horror and mystery, but nothing was really overtly "horrifying", more just mildly unsettling. The art direction was (imo) far better than Part 4 and I did like the visuals a lot. If you're a fan of Rohan then it's a must-watch, if you're a casual viewer then I'd still recommend it.
