All of the OVAs vary on topic/structure, so I'll be reviewing them in chunks.
If you're watching the series for the first time and want another episode of the series, watch the last one ("第一回霊とか相談所慰安旅行～ココロ満たす癒やしの旅～", "First Time Spirits and such Consultation Office Trip ~A journey to soothe and warm the heart~", I think, IDK the official translation) after watching season 2, it gives some context for season 3 (but it's perfectly fine to watch season 3 beforehand.)
