From a language-learning perspective, this is an easy enough show to understand: it’s a modern-day slice-of-life romance, comprising 8 short episodes, without anything in particular that would cause difficulties. (A couple of small caveats: Holland doesn’t enunciate particularly well, often mumbling his lines; and sometimes the actors are battling against the thunder of the ocean or the swell of music at emotional points in the story.)
