Volume 1: In 2018, Japan's national team was eliminated in the last 16 of the World Cup. In response, the Japan Football Union has established the "Blue Rock," a training dormitory for 300 high school students in order to win the World Cup. The coach, Jinpachi Eshin, declared that what Japan needed was "a striker overflowing with egoism. The unknown forward, Seiichi Kiyoshi, and his teammates are challenged to sort out the egoists by kicking each other off the field!
