Movie is better
This manga series (4 volumes) is decent, but not nearly as entertaining as the movie or as other manga that were created as manga. More importantly, there is relatively very little dialogue, so whole you will be able to breeze through the series very quickly, you will get little in way of language learning. Good mostly as a review/preparation for watching the movie.
