Went to Japan for a year during high school. Afterwards had no contact whatsoever with anything Japanese for quite a few years and only started speaking/studying again last year. Currently studying to take the JLPT in December.

I love book clubs and short-term challenges, so you'll find me participating in those both here and on the wanikani forums. I also have a study log over there. (I've found it very helpful and recommend keeping one!)

My goal is to accumulate enough kanji and vocab knowledge to be able to read trashy light novels fluently and effortlessly 🤩
