I've been studying Japanese (inconsistently) for almost 10 years. Because of my own inconsistency I still consider myself only intermediate.
I've lived in Japan since 2019, when I started the JET Programme. I'll be marrying the love of my life this year (2022) who happens to be Japanese. We plan on staying here for the forseeable future, which is definitely a motivator to continue studying and improving!
I've always been a book worm, but because just walking through a Japanese bookstore blindly is overwhelming, I haven't done much reading in Japanese. That's why I'm so excited to have found this cool resource! It gives me some leads to find good books for my level!
