- Language Learning: I did not think that this was an easy book for beginners and as the other reviewer already pointed out, the rating of L25 (at the time I started reading) seemed wrong. Sure, the story is extremely predictable and hence easy to follow along, but many individual sentences took me lots of effort to figure out. I struggled with it more than with any of the 10 beginner books I had read before this. While it maybe was a good learning experience, I still wish I had waited and read

Pretty basic rom-com that's a combination of the 'fake dating' and 'gloomy loner guy gets with hot popular girl' tropes. Hardly great, but I found it occasionally amusing and mostly inoffensive, so might be of interest if you are into these kinds of things.
Saw that this had a rating of L25 so went into it thinking it would be a relatively easy read, but I did feel like this was noticeably harder than other mid 20's LNs like くまクマ熊ベア or <a
