More goofy fun, setting up the next plot

Language is easier than the last one, veerry simple, but I come from the perspective of already having read 40+ manga.

Story ends at when Saitama and Genos decide to go fill out the Hero Registration Form together, so not a lot happens in terms of moving the plot forward but it's still filled with interesting jokes here and there
