I wanted to give this 4 stars for the main story and 2 for the short story at the end. So it's a 3. The difficulty between the two is also starkly different. The main story was a breezy read (if you're comfortable with some older vocab) whereas the included short story was something of a drag to get through, at least for me. I'm sure some of that was less difficulty than just personally not being interested, but the text was significantly denser and included far more unusual words so I bumped my difficulty evaluation for that.
