I've read three and a half volumes so far. Decently cute slice of life series especially if you want to learn food vocabulary, of which there is a lot. Grammar-wise not too hard at all with very little complicated emotions or dialogue to convey (at least if you're not translating the end of chapter recipes, which are basically magazine articles), but there is a lot of vocab and frankly a lot of pages as well, so it's still a decent timesink. Alas, as is common, Amazon/Bookwalker's scan quality is insufficient to read some of the furigana so you may need to do some kanji lookups despite it being a full furigana read.
